What is Knights Grange to all of us?
It’s a place for footballers, athletes, tennis players, cricketers, cyclists and joggers, dog walkers, bird spotters, couples out for a walk, picnickers, kids learning to ride their bikes, teenagers hanging around with their mates, or kicking a ball around on an empty pitch; early morning strolls in the rising sun or last thing on long summer evenings; ice on the ponds and paths in the winter, with snow maybe even some sledging.
A place to go to breathe, think and relax.
Knights Grange means so much in so many ways to people of all generations in Winsford.
Knights Grange Friends has been established to encourage the wider community to increase the use of Knights Grange with all its open spaces and walks beyond just sport.
The ultimate aim is for Knights Grange to become an active Community Space with links across the town and increased usage by groups of all ages.
